Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Federal Constructors Inc. is a leading commercial General Contractor based in Oklahoma, seeking experienced Superintendents / Field Managers for new opportunities in Enid OK and Vance AFB.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all field operations on assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and schedule subcontractors to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and track expenses, maintaining a close eye on project finances.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project owners, subcontractors, and the project management team.
  • Identify critical path items and prepare a 3-week schedule look-ahead to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or federal construction.
  • Proven track record of successful projects, demonstrating leadership ability and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to read construction drawings, understand specifications, and possess above-average planning and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of OSHA, safety, and first aid procedures, as well as computer literacy in Microsoft Office and ProCore.
  • Able to drive, pass a background check, and drug test.
