Job Summary

Meeting Street is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Cross Country Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and supervision of an inclusive cross-country team for middle school students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of a comprehensive cross-country training program that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Support the head cross-country coach in ensuring that the program is properly implemented and that all athletic activities conform to program guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with the head cross-country coach and other team members to ensure a cohesive and successful team dynamic.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive team culture that values respect, compassion, integrity, inclusivity, and excellence.
Requirements
  • Valid coaching certificate from RIDE or the ability to obtain.
  • Valid CPR/First Aid Certificate or the ability to obtain.
