Route Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Sales Representative to join our team at Alsco Uniforms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting our customers' needs through up-selling and cross-selling, while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Solicit New Customers: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Build strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Operate a Delivery Vehicle: Safely transport goods to customers, following all applicable laws and company policies.
- Manage Route Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, maintain accurate records, and handle customer payments.
- Monitor and Report Competitive Activity: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to comprehend and follow direction.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand for long periods, and move carts up to 500 pounds.
