Position Overview

The primary aim of the Junior Sales Manager is to enhance the visibility of our platform and engineering consulting services. This role requires a solid understanding of the overarching strategic vision to effectively navigate both immediate and future business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the B2B sector through various channels including phone, email, and professional networks.
  • Establish connections with clients via direct communication methods and in-person meetings.
  • Manage the customer acquisition process, including negotiations, contract finalization, and fostering relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and provide tailored advice regarding our offerings.
  • Support both domestic and international clients within the B2B framework.

Qualifications

  • Completion of business studies or relevant commercial training.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Familiarity with B2B platforms and cloud consulting sales.
  • A strong desire to attract new clients and a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with procurement digitalization or digital sourcing platforms is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of contemporary cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud Platforms).
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Experience in engaging with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
