Role Purpose

Working closely with the agency principals, develop & execute processes for growing sales across our portfolio of brands. Our agency is a constant evolution of growing brands, new products and creative challenges to overcome; this role's responsibilities and scope will evolve in our ever-changing business environment. This is a new role in our agency, so the ideal candidate will help shape the role and the future of the team.


Role Description

Your are proactive, creative and an excellent communicator with a passion for solving problems. Responsible for various day-to-day tasks including sales coordination & prospecting, customer service, communication, and sales operations. Our business environment is dynamic and entrepreneurial therefor to be successful in this role the candidate must have a roll-your-sleeves up, resourceful attitude. This is role is primarily located in Burlington, VT.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales Operations and/or Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness and interest in travel
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Experience in the following areas considered a plus:

--> outdoor, wintersports, action sports, or lifestyle industry experience

--> Experience working in a CRM environment such as Hubspot, Salesforce

--> Experience working in B2B platforms such as Elastic Suite, NuOrder, Shopify B2B

--> Retail and/or service industry experience
