Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex legal research and provide expert advice to judges and court staff

  • Perform related work as assigned

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law
  • At least six years of increasingly responsible practice of law in civil and/or criminal legal practice, or professional level legal research experience in support of the judicial branch
  • Valid Class C driver's license and ability to maintain insurability under the Court's vehicle insurance policy
  • Current active membership and good standing with the State Bar of California
