Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hospital Assistant to join our team at Unity Health. This part-time position offers 20 hours of work per week, from 5 pm to 9 pm, Monday through Friday.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $25,000 - $30,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect patient areas, maintaining a hygienically clean environment.
  • Remove trash, biohazardous waste, and contaminated linen according to hospital policies.
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition and request supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Ability to read and write, understand written and oral instructions, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Safety Sensitivity: This position requires adherence to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of patients, associates, and guests.
