Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Assist in executing tasks with medium levels of autonomy and limited guidance required for complex tasks.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of applicable work experience OR Bachelor's degree with demonstrated capability in comparable work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other disciplines.
  • SAP fluency in relevant areas of expertise (e.g., SD, CS, CM module).
