Salary and Benefits:**

Job Description:**
">This role involves working as part of a team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns, build customer loyalty, and identify opportunities for additional products and services. As an Account Associate, you will use your communication skills and technical knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet department productivity and quality standards.
- Use resource documentation and training tools to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:**
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- The ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously.
