Synonym is seeking a seasoned product management leader to drive the development and execution of our digital products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching and managing digital products across the product lifecycle, with a strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices.

As Head of Digital Product, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for our suite of digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that accelerate the bioeconomy, enhance customer value, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategy aligned with Synonym's goals
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Work closely with sales to develop monetization and pricing strategies
  • Analyze key performance indicators and leverage data to improve product performance
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback to stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in product management with a proven track record of launching and managing digital products
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices
  • Experience building and scaling B2B products, ideally in industries such as biotech, industrial construction, or real estate development
  • Hands-on attitude with willingness to dive into the details, including code or design
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
