About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that drive business outcomes.

You will lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that have a broad impact across the enterprise. This includes reviewing and analyzing complex digital strategies, influencing digital strategy for the business line, and making decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience areas.

You will also lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. This includes strategically collaborating and consulting with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 years digital product management focused on ABL or related financial products
  • In-depth knowledge of ABL products, including product functionality, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations
  • Experience driving business process optimization and database modernization efforts, with focus on improving workflow efficiency
  • Familiarity with digital product development processes, including agile methodologies and experience working with dev teams
  • Experience with technology platforms used in ABL, such as LIQ/LUCAS/Stucky or similar systems
