Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any incidents or hazards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
