Job Title: Food Service Worker

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at Executive Personnel Services Inc. in Rockville, MD. As a Food Service Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in food preparation duties, including rinsing, peeling, slicing, and dicing fruit and vegetables.
  • Weigh and measure ingredients, and wrap, date-label, and store food items.
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Refill condiments and other supplies, and follow established recipes to prepare menu items.
  • Provide excellent customer service, and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Comply with relevant safety, hygiene, and service standards and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of food service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
