Youth Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Development Specialist to join our team at Methodist Home for Children.
Estimated Salary: $53,000 - $63,000 per year (depending on experience).
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with adolescents in a residential group home setting. As a Youth Development Specialist, you will provide program services to intervene with adolescents being served in the residential group home. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing direct treatment services through use of the agency's model of care.
- Providing residential care services.
- Working with adolescents, families, volunteers, and community representatives in the youth home and community settings.
About the Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma and experience working with youth ages 11-20.
- Must maintain a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time.
