Job Description: At Five Star Senior Living, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Nursing Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

About the Role: In this role, you will work closely with our nursing team to provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing other tasks as assigned. You will also assist with rehabilitation programs, such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have basic computer skills and be comfortable using electronic medical records. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in healthcare or a related field is an asset.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
