Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at our Seven Fields KinderCare center. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development in our children.
Responsibilities- Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Partner with parents to provide a seamless transition between home and school
- Support the center's success by contributing to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement efforts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
