Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at our Seven Fields KinderCare location. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development in our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child, promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and thrive.
  • Partner with parents to provide a seamless transition between home and school, ensuring that children receive consistent support and care.
  • Support the success of our center by collaborating with colleagues and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners to promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical ability to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Ability to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
