POSITION SUMMARY

The Culinary Specialist is tasked with ensuring the utmost quality in the preparation, freshness, and presentation of all food served across the Club's dining venues and private events, consistently exceeding member expectations for a five-star dining experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in culinary roles such as cook, prep cook, or line cook is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working in a high-temperature and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate the kitchen efficiently.
  • Regularly required to lift, carry, pull, and push items weighing up to 40 lbs.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • This position is seasonal with a full-time commitment (32 hours per week).
  • Shifts may start as early as 6:00 am and conclude as late as 8:00 pm.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Overtime may be necessary to accommodate increased member demands.
