Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Microbiology Department with data processing and entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform Environmental Microbiological testing and/or Filtration Testing, adhering to strict quality control protocols.
- Conduct daily housekeeping of the laboratory, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with maintaining laboratory inventory and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Perform laboratory cleaning and biohazard bin removal, adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure GMP compliance in all activities performed, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a life science field.
- Laboratory experience preferred, with a strong understanding of microbiological testing and quality control protocols.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to achieve and maintain gowning qualification and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently on scientific projects.
- Strong scientific technical writing ability, including authoring and revising SOPs or technical reports.
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift Role: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
- 1st Shift Role: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
