Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Applications Analyst to support and maintain our computer applications and databases, which are critical to our daily operations. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting software issues, providing top-notch customer support, and resolving application and usability problems. Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain computer applications and databases
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide customer support
  • Resolve application and usability problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT application administration and support
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Unix or Linux operating systems, application development and support methodologies, and database management systems
  • Effective troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in the utility industry
  • Experience with security systems, camera systems, and administering server-based applications
Work Environment

This is a hybrid position located in Little Rock, Arkansas, with regular working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional extended hours may be necessary as part of a 24/7/365 on-call rotation.
