Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Aditi Consulting. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling goods and services to businesses and individuals, and for managing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
Requirements
  • Ability to work from our Bellevue, WA office at least four days a week
  • Five years of relevant business experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven professional experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask, problem-solve and prioritize
  • Ability to utilize technology in creating workplace and process efficiencies
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and relational skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to excellence
Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required. 5-7 years of experience required.

Skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
Compensation

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
