Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential commercial clients through diverse channels.
  • Participate in networking functions and nurture Centers of Influence (COIs).
  • Originate and finalize commercial and real estate financing.
  • Advocate for additional banking services and contribute to deposit growth.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as required.

Educational Background:

A bachelor's degree in finance, banking, or a related discipline is preferred.

Required Experience:

A minimum of seven years of direct lending or credit support experience focused on business relationships.

Knowledge Requirements:

Familiarity with sales strategies, loan processing, and commercial banking products and services.

Understanding of Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Owner-Occupied, and Investment Commercial Real Estate financing.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated history of success in business development.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
