Work Schedule:
2nd Shift - Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Compensation:
$18.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of building floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
  • Collect and dispose of waste materials.
  • Service, clean, and restock restroom facilities.
  • Dust and sanitize furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks on equipment.
  • Assist in moving products to support production activities.
  • Conduct daily inspections and upkeep of equipment.
  • Ensure production areas and facilities are kept orderly and clean.
  • Execute basic routine maintenance on equipment and facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate production.
  • Be cross-trained in various areas to provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and products.
  • Basic maintenance skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Normal working conditions for a manufacturing environment.
  • Frequent lifting of materials up to 30 pounds is involved.
  • Use of safety equipment, including eye protection, hearing protection, work boots, and hard hats, is required.
  • Loose-fitting clothing and jewelry are not permitted.
