In the role of Substation Principal Engineer/Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned substation initiatives from initial design to final implementation and testing. During the planning phase, you will collaborate closely with the Early-Stage Project Manager to align engineering specifications and project scope with the Development Team. Your responsibilities will include strategizing, coordinating, and executing large-scale or multiple medium to small, intricate or extended projects while adhering to financial and timeline constraints. Additionally, you will be tasked with securing necessary resources, managing financial plans, assessing risks and modifications, leading project discussions, and proactively addressing any challenges that may emerge.
