Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Vighter is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Northwest ICE Processing Center in Tacoma, WA.

Job Summary:

The LCSW will provide comprehensive mental health and social services to individuals, families, and groups, assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and connecting clients with community resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain detailed case records.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources, such as housing, employment, healthcare, and financial assistance.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
  • Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards, including confidentiality and documentation requirements.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in clinical social work.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Proven experience in clinical social work, with expertise in mental health, counseling, and case management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a LCSW.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.
