Job Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address a range of mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans and ensure seamless client care.
  • Respond to client crises by providing immediate support and developing safety plans.
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by professional organizations and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical and progress notes, according to department policy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active Washington state licensure as LICSW.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Familiarity with community resources and support services.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
