Assistant Store Leader, People and Experience

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and growth.
  • Act as a champion of our Path To Yes mentality, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, focusing on customer satisfaction and team engagement.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of store operations.
  • Collaborate with the Store Leader to drive business results, leveraging your analytical skills to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to work closely with the Store Leader and other members of the leadership team to drive business results and achieve company goals.
