Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless stay experience, and exceeding customer expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Handling requests for information, mail, and messages in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about hotel products and services, as well as local area attractions and events
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn hotel-specific software
