Position Summary:
The Fleet Service Technician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality automotive repairs and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for performing repairs in line with industry standards and company protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute repair orders with precision and efficiency, adhering to company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and determine necessary repairs.
- Conduct road tests to verify the quality of repairs.
- Document all work performed, including test results and time spent, in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a personal inventory of essential mechanic tools.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive repair is preferred.
- ASE and manufacturer certifications are advantageous.
- A collaborative team player focused on exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
