Position Summary:

The Fleet Service Technician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality automotive repairs and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for performing repairs in line with industry standards and company protocols.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute repair orders with precision and efficiency, adhering to company and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and determine necessary repairs.
  • Conduct road tests to verify the quality of repairs.
  • Document all work performed, including test results and time spent, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a personal inventory of essential mechanic tools.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive repair is preferred.
  • ASE and manufacturer certifications are advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player focused on exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
