Path Construction is seeking a seasoned construction professional to fill a senior leadership role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Team Management:
    • Develop and implement regional business strategies for growth and sustainability
    • Manage multiple project teams to deliver successful and profitable projects
    • Hire and oversee regional personnel
    • Negotiate and review prime construction contracts
    • Provide corporate reporting and participate in corporate-level planning
  • Business Development:
    • Oversee pre-construction activities, including vendor solicitation and pre-qualification
    • Review design documents and verify complete and accurate scopes
    • Identify and resolve design conflicts and missing information
    • Responsible for seeking out and retaining new and existing clients
    • Develop and lead processes for effective estimating and proposal development
  • Procedural/Operations:
    • Improve and enforce process control and procedures
    • Establish budget controls and assume responsibility for profits and losses
    • Analyze and mitigate risk on projects
    • Oversight of project scheduling, claims, and resolution
    • Manage project controls for safety, quality, owner relations, and profitability
Requirements
  • 10+ years of building and construction management experience
  • Degree in engineering or construction management preferred
  • Proficient in estimating, scheduling, cost controls, and financial reporting
  • OSHA Site Safety Experience
  • Proven experience in multiple asset classes within the construction industry
  • Proficient in Pre-Construction standards and procedures
  • Expert in building systems and assemblies
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite along with Sage, Primavera, and MS Project
  • Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment and grow the company
  • Must be willing to travel (1-2 times per month)
