Job Title: Community Site Coordinator

Community Services Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Site Coordinator to join our team. As a Community Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of programs and services at our community centers, ensuring that they meet the needs of our residents and align with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of our residents, including recreational and social activities for youth, teens, adults, and seniors.
  • Conduct resident surveys to identify needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with residents, staff, and vendors to ensure maximum participation in programs and activities.
  • Oversee the work of onsite staff and volunteers, including submitting timesheets and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare monthly schedules of Center programming and special events, and submit weekly and monthly reports for review and approval.
  • Order program and office supplies, and oversee CSF's vetted vendors for activities.
  • Prepare bulletin boards to reflect programs, holidays, and upcoming events.
  • Maintain participants' attendance records, program reports, and data for grant compliance reports.
  • Enforce rules and regulations of the Center, and ensure confidentiality of residents and sensitive staff matters.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree preferred (Bachelor's Degree a plus) in Recreation, Elementary Education, or related field, or two years of experience developing and implementing recreational/social programs, preferably with some supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations governing the conduct of recreational programs/events and field trips.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and plan and supervise the work of subordinates and volunteers.
  • Ability to plan and implement programs for all ages, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, businesses, schools, and residents.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe.
Work Environment:

The Community Site Coordinator will work primarily at our community centers, with occasional travel to other locations. The position requires a flexible schedule, with primary site hours ranging from 1pm-6pm Monday-Friday, with either a three-hour or four-hour work shift depending on the site location. Hours may shift to start earlier, end later, or involve weekend work based on business needs, workload, and other factors.
