Position Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Position Summary: The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is tasked with overseeing all billing and collection operations to ensure efficiency and precision. This role includes generating invoices, verifying compliance with organizational standards, and fostering customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate and dispatch invoices to clients promptly.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices in accordance with company standards.
  • Track accounts receivable and pursue outstanding payments.
  • Address billing discrepancies and conflicts professionally.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all billing activities.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to guarantee precise financial reporting.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to billing and collections.
  • Engage with clients regarding their accounts and payment inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold positive client relationships.
  • Continuously explore enhancements to billing procedures and systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Billing Specialist or in a comparable position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and billing software.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and capacity to manage challenging situations.

Work Environment:

  • Office setting.
  • May necessitate occasional overtime during busy periods.
