Senior Program Manager

NextGen Federal Systems is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead the successful execution of a research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) and training services contract in support of the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) program for the Department of Defense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the program execution team, the Program Management Office (PMO), and key technical stakeholders to ensure program requirements are planned and accounted for in support of system RDT&E and training event needs.
- Report to the government Program Manager (PM) and play a critical role in the overall success of the program.
- Establish effective communication channels with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure a clear understanding of program goals and requirements.
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure the timely and successful delivery of program milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable security policies, AT Level 1 training, OPSEC requirements, and handling of classified information.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering or business from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in performing contract management, at least 5 years of which are in program or project management in a technical Department of Defense environment.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a track record of successfully leading and managing programs, preferably in a defense or government contracting environment.
