Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead our team at Fischer-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, OH. As a Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Clinical and Patient Services Programs, ensuring high-quality healthcare and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the clinical nutrition program within Fischer-Titus Medical Center
  • Provide supervision, training, and development for a small team of Registered Dietitians and patient services staff members
  • Advocate to expand and promote the role of Clinical Nutrition
  • Manage the implementation and management of Sodexo's meal service program and menu management system
  • Foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development
  • Proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects
  • Be the primary liaison with the medical and nursing staff and represent the department on hospital-wide committees
Requirements:
  • Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
  • At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
  • 3 years as an experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners
