Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical nutrition program, providing supervision, training, and development for a small team of Registered Dietitians and patient services staff members.
  • Advocate for the expansion and promotion of the role of Clinical Nutrition, driving Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects.
  • Implement and manage Sodexo's meal service program and menu management system, fostering a culture of learning and career growth.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the success of the department.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian with acute care experience and a strong clinical knowledge base.
  • Proven supervisory or management experience, with a track record of program growth and development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with regulatory accreditation, regulatory readiness, and review, as well as establishing and maintaining standards of care.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
  • Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
  • At least 13 months of experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
