Job Summary:

We are seeking a Caregiver/Personal Care Specialist to join our team at Vitality Living Arlington. As a part-time employee, you will play a vital role in assisting residents with daily activities, developing service plans, and observing and reporting any issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Develop and revise service plans based on resident needs and preferences
  • Observe and report any issues to the LPN or Medication Tech/Aid
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on resident needs and preferences
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is around $42,000 per year, considering the part-time nature of the job and the location. Additionally, you will receive monthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses and access to a 401k plan.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
  • Meet state or provincial health-related requirements
