Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at MySpot, a leading provider of pediatric therapy services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic, comprehensive care to children and their families.

About the Role

As a Speech Language Pathologist at MySpot, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals, and provide speech and language therapy sessions to patients with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
  • Provide speech and language therapy sessions to patients with diverse needs, including articulation disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders, aphasia, and cognitive-communication disorders.
  • Educate patients and their families or caregivers about speech disorders, treatment plans, and home exercises to support ongoing progress and carryover of therapeutic goals.
  • Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in state of practice.
