Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive evaluations and developing individualized therapy plans to improve speech articulation, fluency, language skills, and cognitive-communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Design and implement tailored therapy plans based on assessment results.
  • Deliver direct therapy to enhance speech and language skills.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic support and effective outcomes.
  • Document client progress meticulously and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Stay current with the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology to provide exceptional care.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure and ASHA certification preferred.
  • Experience in clinical, educational, or rehabilitative settings is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
