Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing company, is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a dynamic educational setting. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate students' communication abilities and develop individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language development.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and participate in IEP meetings to provide input regarding speech and language goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • For SLP:
    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
    • Valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Florida.
  • For SLPA:
    • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
    • Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in the state of Florida.
    • Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
