About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Store Experience Operations team at Apple. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end geo and partner engagement plans for a portfolio of store operations applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Geo and Partner Engagement: Manage the geo and partner engagement plan for a portfolio of store operations applications, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  2. Process Improvement: Work with stakeholders to streamline and enhance existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Program Communication: Design and deliver all program communication with geos and partners, ensuring clear and concise messaging and effective stakeholder engagement.
  4. Project Management: Manage all geo-facing operations projects, setting priorities with measurable objectives, monitoring and reporting on processes, progress, and results.
  5. Training and Development: Define rollout strategies and create a roadmap for training content, ensuring that all stakeholders have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute their roles effectively.
  6. Feedback Collection: Design field feedback collection mechanisms through rollout and onboarding of users, ensuring that feedback is collected and acted upon in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure that leadership and key partners have consistent access to and understanding of progress, roadblocks, and tracking against key milestones and goals.
Requirements
  • Typically requires 8+ years of proven experience leading end-to-end projects related to in-store systems.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in retail operations, preservation, and supply chain.
  • Certification in design thinking and experience with Miro or similar collaborative applications a plus.
  • Mastery in stakeholder engagement and communications across leadership and partner teams.
  • Experience with different modalities of training/engagement content delivery including virtual, in-person, and digital.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience designing and bringing programs to market from strategic development to implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working in a geo a strong plus.
  • The highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Proven ability to manage to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
