About the Role

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will lead the AIML Data Operations team in delivering high-quality annotated data to teams across Apple's ecosystem. Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating cross-functional efforts, planning resources, and tracking budgets to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with teams across Apple to deliver high-quality annotated data
  • Plan and manage resources to meet project timelines and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth project execution
  • Act as primary point of contact for collaborators, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Program Management in a technical and highly cross-functional domain
  • Experience in leading a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring prioritization balances short-term and long-term goals
  • Superb interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent in partnership and relationship building
  • Strategic problem solver, continually looking for ways to increase efficiency and decrease confusion for customers and operations teams
