Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing compassionate and high-quality care to our pediatric patients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress, and ongoing assessment of clients.
  • Provide direct and indirect training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on patient caseloads.
  • Offer ongoing direct and indirect family guidance necessary for programming success.
  • Maintain consistent communication with treatment team members.
  • Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Golden Steps.
  • Review data on a timely basis and communicate with team members as needed.
  • Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.
  • Perform comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments.
  • Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.
Qualifications
  • Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) if applicable.
  • Willing to undergo a background check.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and driver's license for commuting to and from the clinic.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA.
