About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Golden Steps ABA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions for children with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on patient caseload.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with other service providers outside of Golden Steps to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Review data on a timely basis and communicate with team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills.
