Benchmark, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Dalton, GA. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in our outpatient clinic.
Responsibilities:- Conduct specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs
- Engage with patients, clinical teammates, and the organization to provide exceptional care
- Set and achieve personal and professional goals while understanding and living the company's mission, vision, values, and operational standards
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
