Sales Team Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Atlanta area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the vacation and timeshare industry.
In this role, you will be working closely with our sales team to achieve personal and team sales targets. You will also be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to team members on how to improve their sales pitches and meet customer needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members on sales techniques and customer service
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales management experience
- Proven track record of success in sales management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of the vacation and timeshare industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
