About the Role- Support the Senior Manager in analytical reporting and financial planning, providing expert financial guidance to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Senior stakeholders across the business, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Present complex financial information to Senior audiences, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls, ensuring the highest standards of financial management.
- Support the coordination and delivery of the annual budget and bi-annual reforecast, ensuring accurate financial planning and forecasting.
- Provide regular financial updates to the COO and industry bodies, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Represent the Finance team at key meetings between PRS for Music and industry partners, promoting a collaborative approach to financial management.
- Collaborate with the Operations team and Contract Management to provide financial input to business deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Support revenue assurance activities, analysis, reporting, and investigations, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- Qualified accountant with business partnering experience, possessing a deep understanding of financial operations and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, data gathering, reporting, and analysis skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to Senior audiences.
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strategic awareness and business understanding, with the ability to think critically and make informed financial decisions.
