Member Team Lead

As a Member Team Lead at Walmart, you will be responsible for overseeing the member service area, ensuring that members receive exceptional service and support. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting them with purchasing decisions.
- Oversee the member service area, ensuring that it is organized and well-stocked.
- Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners.
- Lead and participate in teams, using and sharing resources, information, and tools to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
