Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including the preparation of necessary documents and scheduling orientation sessions.

  • Assist in planning company events and activities aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
  • Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Prior experience in an HR support capacity is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of integrity and the ability to manage confidential information.
