Regional Quality Control Manager

This position serves as the overall Quality Control Lead for the region or business unit in which they are based. Location: Position openings in several different locations
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $90k/yr - $120k/yr
Competitive Annual Salary based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Contract/Scope/Specification review and interpretation
- Pre-construction specification review
- Pre-construction mix design review in conjunction with Corporate Quality Director, Materials specialists and suppliers
- Project safety compliance
- Regional project quality compliance
- Periodic project visits and quality compliance reviews
- Work with project teams to develop solutions to quality issues
- Coordination with GC/Owner when necessary
- Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources
- Support and manage project quality staff within assigned region

Education/Experience/Attributes/Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with concrete construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction management, Engineering or other construction related field recommended.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required
- Strong technical knowledge of concrete production, testing and placement practices.
- Strong knowledge of applicable codes (ACI, PCI, TCA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
- Experience leading successful project teams, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
- Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
