Quality Control Manager Opportunity

The Patriot Group, Inc. (TPGI) is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality management duties of our military construction projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the works, material management, documentation, and close-out to guarantee safe, quality, efficient, and effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct inspections, document, and update records quickly and accurately.
  • Read specifications and resource documents to determine requirements and planning procedures.
  • Responsible for leading and managing quality processes including submittals, shop drawings, and as-builts.
  • Create and implement project-specific inspection and test plans and quality control plans.
  • Perform the USACE three phases of control, Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.
  • Support Site Safety to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Licensed Professional Engineer with five (5) years of relevant construction experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) with seven (7) years of relevant construction experience.
  • Ten (10) years of relevant construction experience.
  • Construction QC experience on military construction projects of $20Mil or greater is required.
  • Experience military hanger construction.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and Federal EM-385 requirements and hazard identification and safety compliance.
  • Experience on large ground-up; Military/Federal/DOD; vertical projects.
  • Current certificate for 'Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors'.
  • Working knowledge of Procore document control system.
  • US Citizenship is a must for access to US Military Installations.
